The death anniversary of Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardev, the pioneer of neo-vaishnavite movement and Ekasarana Naamdhatma was celebrated in the Vidyalaya on 4th September, 2024. Students of different classes presented borgeet in group. Speeches on the life and work of the 16th century Assamese polymath were delivered by teacher as well as student. There was also diha naam presentation by a group of teachers. Besides all these, there was a solo bhajan competition for the students of class VI & VII.
