Parent-teacher Meet on 27th June 2024

A Parent-teacher Meet for Balvatika I, Balvatika II &  Balvatika III was conducted on 27th June 2024. The objective of the meeting was to share some important information related to the students. 

10th International Day of Yoga 2024

 The Physical and the Spiritual prowess that Yoga brings to the world has been celebrated on the 10th International Day of Yoga by VKV(NEEPCO)Doyang in collaboration with DHPS, NEEPCO. The programme started at 7:00 a.m. at NRC with a lamp lighting ceremony and patriotic song. There were Mass Yoga asana Practice and Demonstration and Pranayama. The programme included members from DHPS (NEEPCO), Parents, Teachers and Students. A speech was also delivered by the DGM, M&HS, DHPS, NEEPCO, Dr. Dipul Chandra Haloi on the benefits of Yoga. Dy. Manager, HR, DHPS,NEEPCO, Sri L.Y. Khuman  also spoke on the significance of the occasion.

The school has also initiated a Yoga Satra for Gents(in and around Doyang) in the evening from the day(21/06/2024) besides the ongoing Yoga Varga for all Ladies (in and around the place) in the evening.

Personality Development Camp (PDC) 2024-25

 Personality Development Camp was conducted for class VI students in VKV(NEEPCO) Doyang. It was held for 5 days starting from 10/06/2024 to 14/06/2024 as per the guidelines of VKSPV. Various activities to develop students’ personality along with Bhajans, Patriotic songs, Crafting,Yoga and some games were conducted. Sessions were taken by a few teachers on topics of Personality, Mananeeya Eknathji & Shila Smarak, Srimanta Sankardev, Samskar Varga, Bharatiya Sanskriti etc. The Valedictory Programme on 14/06/2024 was graced by Sri Diwakar Pandey, Asstt. Commandant, CISF, DHPS, Doyang, who motivated the students with his inspiring words. The concluding programme included Skit Presentation, Group Song Performance, Experience Sharing by participants etc.

World Environment Day(05/06/2024)

 On World Environment Day(05/06/2024), Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (NEEPCO) Doyang conducted Project Presentation Competition for the classes IV to X in three groups. Students prepared charts by pasting the leaves which have some medicinal values or other benefits and writing a few sentences on it . The same was presented in the assembly. The motive behind the competition was to make them aware of the various medicinal /useful plants around us.
