The birth anniversary of the great scholar and novelist, Rabindranath Tagore was observed in the school on 8th April, 2024. The life and remarkable contributions of the great Bengali Polymath were briefed by Sri Biplab Chakraborty, a senior teacher. There was also a poem recitation on one of the poems of his collection 'Gitanjali' by Km. Elena Ezung, a student of class IX.
The Vidyalaya observed 163rd Rabindra Jayanti on 9th May 2023. The auspicious day was celebrated performing dance and songs by students of secondary section. Sri Biplab Chakraborty , a senior teacher , delivered a speech on the life and work of the World Poet.
