The birth anniversary of the great visionary legend Lachit Diwas was observed in the vidyalaya. The brief programme included a speech on the life and work of Lachit Borphukon by Smt. Jyoti Rekha Gogoi, a teacher. In the tune of the patriotic fervour, a class wise group Patriotic song competition for the students of classes VI to X was also a part of the programme.
