Sadhana Diwas

Sadhana Diwas was observed in the Vidyalaya in two parts. The first part was for the students and teachers of the Vidyalaya which included speech on the significance of the day by Sri Manik Chandra Deori, a teacher. There was also a lead and follow song and a quiz contest for the students of Classes IV to X in three categories.Questions were asked on Swami Vivekananda's life, Mananeeya Eknathji Ranade  and Vivekananda Rock Memorial.There was also a cleanliness drive for the students of classes VII to IX in the afternoon.

The second part of the programme was Amrit Pariwar Sammelan which included teachers and  family members, parents and well wishers. The programme was graced by the  three important persons who have been serving and guiding in Kendra activities, Smt.Geeta Medak, Rangpur Vibhag Pramukh, Smt Anjali Buragohain.Sahitya Sewa  Pramukh ,Rangpur Vibhag, Smt. Bani Hazarika, Kryapaddhati Pramukh, Rangpur Vibhag. The programme included a group song presentation by teachers, a group bhajan (lead & follow) by students, solo song performances by a teacher and  a family member and also a poem recitation by a little child. The three guests delivered very eloquent speeches on Sadhana Divas, Vivekananda  Kendra and Amrit Pariwar.
