Mini Marathon (11/01/25)

 VKV(NEEPCO)Doyang organised a Mini Marathon for the students, alumni, personnel of CISF and NEEPCO and the local populace on the eve of National Youth Day & Vivekananda Jayanti (11/01/25) at 7:15 a.m.  The race was flagged off with a total of 59 participants (both gents & ladies) by the Assistant Commandant of CiSF, Doyang, Sri Divakar Pandey, after a brief Pushpanjali programme at the starting point. A prize distribution ceremony was also conducted thereafter in the school premises to encourage the participants where the respected Chief Guest, Sri Divakar Pandey, gave away the prizes and motivated the gathering to walk through the path aspired by Swami Vivekananda.

Annual Cultural programme & Prize Distribution Ceremony for Primary section(10/01/2025)

 Annual Cultural programme & Prize Distribution Ceremony for Primary section was organised on 10th January,2025 as a part of the celebration of National Youth Day & Vivekananda Jayanti. The programme was graced by Sri Dalim Barman, General Manager, DHPS, NEEPCO, Dr. Dipul Chandra Haloi, Deputy General Manager(M&HS) DHPS, NEEPCO ,the Assistant Commandant of CiSF, Doyang, Sri Divakar Pandey and the Inspector of CISF, Doyang, Sri Mahindra Singh. The attendees also included parents, well-wishers and alumni in addition to students and the entire staff of the vidyalaya. The programme was initiated with a lamp lighting ceremony by the esteemed guests. Sri Barman and Dr. Haloi motivated and praised the students through their eloquent speeches. There were songs,dance performances and a yoga presentation by the students. The prize distribution ceremony included prizes of CCA and sports events of the session 2024-25.

Amrit Parivar Milan(01/01/2025)

 Amrit Parivar Milan was organised in the vidyalaya on the occasion of Kalpataru divas (01/01/2025). The entire staff and their family members along with a few parents and well-wishers joined the bhajan sandhya organised in the evening. There was also a song presentation by a Parent. The significance of the day was also briefed by the Principal of the Vidyalaya. There were also some entertaining games thereafter for all the attendees. 

ALUMNI MEET (31/12/2024)

 Alumni Meet was organised on 31st December, 2024 in VKV(NEEPCO)Doyang with great zeal. The day started with an inaugural programme in the morning with song presentations  by both  present students and alumni and welcome speech. Around 30 alumni attended the meet reporting at around 9:00 a.m.  Following were the sports events conducted throughout the day for the alumni:

i) Candle Race

ii) Musical Chair

iii) Spoon & Marble race

iv) Thread knot race

v) Balloon bursting race

The alumni also shared their experience enthusiastically recalling and relating the topics to their golden school days. The day ended with giving away souvenirs and a prize distribution ceremony. Refreshment was also provided to the alumni.
